Gombe, Adamawa Strengthen Partnership on Road Infrastructure Development

Gombe and Adamawa governors have pledged closer collaboration on road connectivity as Gombe residents continue to benefit from ongoing infrastructure projects across Balanga Local Government Area.

Governors of Gombe and Adamawa States have reaffirmed their commitment to collaborating on road connectivity between both states during a project tour in Balanga Local Government Area of Gombe State. During the visit, the governors inspected a one-megawatt off-grid solar power facility in Telesa designed to provide electricity to over 30 communities, commissioned a Model Almajiri School in Bakassi, inaugurated a 33-kilometre road network linking several communities, and performed the foundation laying ceremony for the Balanga South LCDA Secretariat in Bambam. Residents described the projects as impactful and beneficial to their communities.
